These licensing terms for the use of our products and services constitutes your agreement to abide when you "Accept" online our terms and conditions at the time of registration. When you register, purchase or use our products it is implied that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions listed here.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account and not share your credentials with others. Pitchworx.com has the right to terminate your license if you share account details with any other individual or entity.

Fees and Billing

pitchworx.com reserves the right to make any amendment to its pricing and other commercial terms at any time without notice. Interest may be charged on unpaid balances for offline purchases. Payments are typically accepted via Paypal and credit card, and are subject to antifraud checks.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of subscription-based access to digital presentation slides, all payments are non-refundable. By subscribing, you gain immediate access to our digital content library, and for this reason, we do not offer refunds, partial credits, or exchanges once a subscription payment has been processed. Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payments or billing errors submitted within (3) days.

Subscription Cancellation & Updates

Subscriptions are billed automatically according to your chosen cycle. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued.

License Details

Purchasing a Product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Product for personal or commercial purposes within your own organization. You may edit and customize the Product, but you may not resell, redistribute, or share the Product with any third party.

Termination

You may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice, but no compensation or refund will be provided. Pitchworx.com reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts immediately if terms are violated or payments are not received.

Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances shall PitchWorx, its owners, partners, or affiliates be liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or other commercial damages arising from the use of the Products. All subscription-based Products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Products constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.
